2,The process

1. Oil extraction process : 

 After pretreatment/prepressed , the oil seeds will be pressed out some crude oil and become to oil cake. The oil residue in cake is still very high.Then we use solvent to extract the residual oil from cake to get mixed oil with solvent and wet meal. The way using solvent to extract oil is called oil extraction. After oil extracted, the mixed oil still contains too much solvent , so we use three evaporators to evaporate solvent in order to get crude oil .The meal is delivered to desolventizer to be dried and seperate with solvent ,finally get dried meal used as animal feed.

2.The flow chart of soybean oil extraction machine is as follows:

Oil cake →extraction   → mixed oil   → evaporation→ steam-stripping  → crude oil

                                   ↓  

                               wet meal →desolventizer →dried meal  → meal packing for animal feed
