Sunflower seed oil is rich in linoleic acid (accounted for 54% of the total fatty acid content of ~ 70%) and oleic acid (about 39%), have high nutritional value, but crude oil containing trace waxy (about 0.1%) and oxygen acid affect the quality and storage stability.So the sunflower seed oil should refining before cooking.
