Soybean after screening, crushing, peeling, flaking, drying, extracting oil, Alcohol washing,separating alcohol and solvent, protein drying, solvent recovering,alcohol distillation,etc.,removing the fat and low molecular soluble non protein components (mainly content soluble sugar, ash, alcohol soluble protein and various odor substances),get the product called Soy protein concentrate(SPC),the protein(N×6.25) content in the SPC is more than 65%.

2) Moisture content :7-9%

3) Fat content :<0.8%
