 The whole line cooking oil machine includes 2 or 3 workshops: 

1, Press workshop, Refining workshop. 

          For small capacity less than TPD20 (raw) , it always adopts this way: first press the raw seeds to get crude     oil , then to refine the crude oil to cooking oil. By this way, the oil residue inside cake is about 6-8%. 

2, Pretreatment & prepress workshop, extraction workshop, Refining workshop:

         The raw seeds will be first pretreated or prepressed to crude oil and oil seed cake, then extract more crude oil from the oil seeds cake, finally refine crude oil from prepress and extraction to get cooking oil. The oil residue in the oil seeds meal is less than 1%, greatly increased the oil yield.
