Solvent recovery device in the cooking oil extraction machine
Brief introduction of the four recovery technology widely used in China and abroad:

carbon, silica gel or active fiber adsorbent to separate them.
2, Absorption method: Separated oil gas and air according to their different solubility in
the absorbent.
3, Membrane separation process: It is a separation technique based on dissolution diffusion mechanism of the oil gas and air, the driving force of separation is differential pressure of in different side of the film. Separated the oil and air by using different permeation rate of the different gas components through the membrane;
4, Condensation method: Using multistage continuous cooling method, make the temperature of the hydrocarbon components in the oil gas below freezing point, the the oil gas will change to a liquid
state, in addition to steam, the air remain in the gaseous state, so as to separation of oil gas and air.
Condensation method is a widely used recycling technology at present.

The process of condensation method is simply and direct, high quality of the recycling oil. Adsorption method, absorption method and membrane separation process must use spray absorption secondary process to deal with the enrichment of oil, not only the large circulation flow rate and highly the pump energy consumption, and also impact the quality of the recovery oil.
